Handheld charged plate monitor for ioniser verification - A1-ESD EP0201086

The DESCO 19494 handheld meter is used for the periodic verification of air ionisers to ANSI/ESD SP3.3 and ESD TR53. It measures the offset voltage and the ioniser's ability to neutralise both positive and negative electrostatic charges within the coverage area.
