Tera ohmmeter TOM 8600 set with 2 measuring electrodes, humidity and temperature

The TERA ohmmeter TOM 8600 measures surface and groundable resistance at ESD workstations, floors and packaging using the current-voltage method. For standard-compliant tests the prescribed measuring time can be set via an internal timer, and the test voltage is selected manually or switched automatically with the reading.
