Hakko T9 Series - TEC
Hakko Soldering and Desoldering Tips
The Hakko T9 Series comprises precision soldering tips engineered for the Hakko FX-9501 and FM-2027 handpieces, delivering stable tip temperatures within ±2 °C under continuous load. Manufactured from nickel-plated copper with an iron-plated working face, T9 tips maintain thermal recovery rates suitable for lead-free alloys (SAC305, Sn99.3Cu0.7) in compliance with IEC 61191-1 process requirements. Tip resistance to the ground is rated < 2 Ω, ensuring safe ESD-compliant soldering in EPA environments per IEC 61340-5-1.
As an authorised distributor for Hakko soldering technology, esd.equipment stocks the T9 Series tip range covering conical, bevel, and chisel geometries - covering the most common joint profiles encountered in SMT rework, through-hole assembly, and precision hand-soldering. All tips are original Hakko OEM components supplied with full manufacturer documentation.
Typical applications: SMT component rework and hand-soldering (IPC-A-610, IEC 61191-1), through-hole assembly on populated PCBs, precision lead-free soldering in medical device manufacturing (ISO 13485), automotive electronics repair and inspection (IATF 16949), and ESD-protected workstation soldering in EPA environments (IEC 61340-5-1).
