JBC Soldering tools

JBC Soldering Technology

JBC soldering irons combine thermal recovery times under 0.5 seconds with tip temperatures stable to within ±1 °C, achieved through direct tip heating technology that places the sensor and heater in direct contact with the tip mass. Operating temperatures range from 90 °C to 450 °C across cartridge-based T210, T245, C210, and C245 series handles, all fully compatible with JBC's Sleep and Hibernation system - automatically reducing standby tip temperature to extend tip life by up to 5x compared to conventional soldering irons.

As an authorised distributor for JBC Tools, esd.equipment stocks 52 JBC soldering iron handles, cartridges, and accessories, covering hand soldering, precision rework, and high-power applications. All products meet IEC 61340-5-1 ESD safety requirements and are suited for IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 compliant soldering processes.
