The WS440-B removes thermostable insulation made of Teflon, Kapton or silicone rubber from 34 to 16 AWG using heat instead of a blade. A built-in ruler sets the strip length precisely and the W440 blade cartridges are interchangeable. It runs exclusively on the JBC WSB station at up to 800 °C.
