Weller Nozzles
Weller Soldering tools
Weller nozzles are precision-engineered components designed for hot-air desoldering and rework stations, with tip temperatures stable to within ±2 °C and compatibility across the WHA 3000, WHA 900, and WHASP series. Nozzle geometries range from 1.0 mm micro-tips for fine-pitch SMD work to 60+ mm wide-area profiles for BGA and QFP packages, with chrome-plated brass bodies rated for continuous duty cycles at up to 500 °C (IEC 60068-2-20).
As an authorised Weller distributor, esd.equipment stocks 99 Weller nozzle references for immediate dispatch - covering desoldering tips, hot-air nozzles, and extraction nozzles in compliance with IEC 61340-5-1 ESD-safe handling requirements and RoHS 2 (2011/65/EU) material standards.
