Nozzles

The Weller nozzle range covers hot-air, flat, dual, round and measurement nozzles for Weller hot-air stations, organised into two main families: the older F/R/D types (for HAP1, HAP 200 and compatible stations) and the newer N series (NQ, ND for higher-power stations). Flat nozzles of the F series (F02-F06) have openings from 8x1.5 mm to 12x1.5 mm; dual nozzles (FD2, FD4) with D: 1.5 mm at 8 and 10 mm spacing. Hot-air nozzles of the D series (D04, D10) heat two sides; the Q08 heats four sides (12.5x15 mm). Round nozzles (R02-R10) range from D: 0.8 mm to D: 3 mm, including the long bent R08.

The NQ hot-air nozzles of the N series heat four sides and are available from 10.7x10.7 mm (NQ05) to 31.3x31.3 mm (NQ45). ND dual nozzles (ND10-ND20) heat two sides and cover component formats from 14x10 mm to 21.5x14.8 mm. The measurement nozzle (0.5 mm, for HAP1/HAP 200) allows temperature verification directly at the component.
