Bosch Rexroth

Bosch Rexroth hydraulic accumulators store pressure energy and release it smoothly on demand. The range focuses on bladder accumulators of the HAB series (CE-approved), available in volumes of 10, 20, 32, and 50 litres at an operating pressure of 330 bar. The type designation HAB50-330-6X/0G09G-2F111-CE denotes 50 litres nominal volume, 330 bar working pressure, and CE conformity to the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.

Bladder accumulators separate the gas side (nitrogen) from the oil side by a flexible rubber bladder. When pressure drops, the compressed nitrogen bladder releases the stored oil volume quickly and in a pressure-controlled manner, without pump start-up. This makes them particularly suited to emergency functions, pressure holding, and pulsation damping.

Bladder accumulators HAB - 10, 20, 32, 50 litres nominal volume, operating pressure 330 bar
CE marking - compliant with Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU
Nitrogen pre-charge - gas side pre-charged with N2, no ignition risk, long service life
🛡 Flexible rubber bladder - hermetic separation of oil and gas sides, resistant to hydraulic oil HLP

Typical applications: Emergency control and lowering in hydraulic presses and lifts, pressure holding during tool changes in machining centres, energy recovery in servo-hydraulic systems, pulsation damping on axial piston pumps, and volume storage for peak demand coverage in production and test equipment.
