ESD ionizing blower with ion balance <+/-10V, RS-485 - Quick 443C

The Quick 443C is a portable benchtop ionizer with LED display for generating a balanced ion offset at the ESD workstation. A DC generator charges needles with positive and negative ions, and the blower carries the ionized airflow to the object to neutralize the charge reliably. This protects electronic components from ESD and keeps electrostatically attracted dust particles away.

Applications

Neutralizing static charge at workstations for manufacturing and processing electronic components, and anywhere static charge attracts dirt, misaligns small parts or makes plastic films cling. Recommended distance 300-900 mm to the work area. Wall, shelf or bench mounting with M4 screws.
