Quick Soldering tools
The Quick accessories range complements soldering stations and rework systems with consumables, measuring instruments and process aids. Solder pots in round and rectangular versions (100-4C to 100-15S, 150-600 W) are suited to wave and dip soldering processes. Digital thermometers (Quick 191AD, Quick 196) cover 0-800 °C and are supplied with factory calibration certificates. PCB holders (R800S/R800L/SR800L/855T), preheat plates (870, 870D), rework fans (855F) and a hand dispenser (982B) round out the process equipment.

Typical applications: Temperature monitoring and calibration of soldering stations (191AD/196) in QA environments, PCB preheating before soldering to reduce thermal stress (870D), tip cleaning and maintenance in series production (310X), BGA reballing with reflow oven 3000, adhesive and flux dispensing with dispenser 982B, and ESD protection at solder workstations using ionisation fan 443C.
