The ERSA RDS 80 is a processor-controlled power soldering station for demanding electronics work in hobby and light industrial use. The powerful PTC heating element of the RT 80 soldering iron also acts as the temperature sensor and, thanks to its high initial power, ensures extremely fast heat-up. In addition to direct selection of three programmable temperatures, the station offers standby and auto-power-off functions plus a large, easy-to-read LC display. The wide range of ERSADUR soldering tips in the 832 and 842 series covers virtually every soldering task. Now supplied as standard with a super-flexible, silicone-sheathed cable.
