Soldering Stations
Ersa Soldering Technology
Ersa soldering stations range from simple analogue controllers to dual-channel combination units for soldering and hot air. The ANALOG 60 and ANALOG 60A each deliver 60 W with analogue temperature control; the ANALOG 60A is the ESD-rated version for use in EPA zones. The i-CON VARIO 2 ESD provides 200 W across two independent channels for both conventional soldering and hot-air processing, with tool-free handpiece changeover.
The RDS 80 base station outputs 80 W at 24 V system voltage and is available without a handpiece. The overall range of 49 articles includes stations, replacement handpieces, stands and system accessories.
| Model | Power | Channels | ESD | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ANALOG 60 (0ANA60) | 60 W | 1 | No | Analogue controller, mains voltage |
| ANALOG 60A (0ANA60A) | 60 W | 1 | Yes | Antistatic, EPA-compliant |
| ANALOG 60 (0ANA603) | 60 W | 1 | No | Electronics station, 230 V |
| RDS 80 (0RDS803) | 80 W | 1 | n/a | Base station 24 V, without handpiece |
| i-CON VARIO 2 ESD (0ICV203A) | 200 W | 2 | Yes | Soldering + hot air, without tools |
Typical applications: SMD and THT soldering in electronics production, rework and repair in EPA zones, prototype development and lab assembly, quality inspection and after-sales service for PCB assemblies, and vocational training in electronics.
