The BS 2/R-700 belt section is a fully functional conveyor with its own drive for transporting workpiece carriers in the longitudinal direction and for lateral transfer between parallel conveyors in combination with two HQ 2 lift-transfer units. With a maximum accumulation load of 700 kg, ESD compatibility and a wide configuration range, it is suited to demanding assembly and production lines.

  • Up to 700 kg accumulation load - handles heavy workpiece carriers in indexed assembly lines
  • ESD-compatible - safe transport of sensitive assemblies without electrostatic discharge
  • Track width 160 to 1200 mm and length 300 to 6000 mm freely selectable
  • Motor mounting left, right or centre; connection via cable/connector or terminal box
  • Four chain types: accumulation roller chain with PA or steel rollers, each optionally with small-parts guard
  • Energy-efficient per Rexroth 4EE; special versions available on request
