Ecotile ESD interlocking floor tiles deliver a verified surface resistance of 10⁵-10⁹ Ω and a point-to-point resistance below 1 x 10⁹ Ω, fully compliant with IEC 61340-5-1 and EN 1081. The 7 mm rigid PVC tile body withstands dynamic loads up to 12 tonnes/axle and static loads exceeding 50 tonnes/m², making them suitable for both foot-traffic assembly lines and forklift-accessible ESD-controlled areas. The snap-fit puzzle connection requires no adhesive, no primers, and no specialist tools - a 100 m² floor can be installed and operational within a single shift.
