Ecotile ESD
Puzzle
Ecotile ESD floor tiles are compression-moulded plastic interlocking panels in 500x500 mm format with an integrated conductive mesh, laid without adhesive on flat sub-floors. The base variants E500/5/ESD (5 mm) and E500/7/ESD (7 mm) are available in grey (4 pieces/pack) and light grey (E500/7/ESD201); the X-LOG variant (Ecotile X500/7/ESD, RAL 7015 grey, smooth) offers a higher surface quality for cleanroom applications. Single tiles with an integrated grounding point are available for installation without a separate grounding strip (16104 / 16.1041). Yellow zone-marking tiles with an ESD logo (Ecotile 13.232/7 and 13.2321/5) allow zone identification within the continuous floor surface.

Typical applications: EPA-compliant flooring in electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, retrofitting existing industrial floors without adhesive or screed, cleanroom areas with elevated surface quality requirements (X-LOG variant), zone identification with integrated marking tiles, and temporary ESD-protective surfaces in service areas and warehouses.
