Hakko T37 Serie - ESD (antistatic)
Hakko Soldering and Desoldering Tips
The Hakko T37 series delivers precision soldering tips engineered for the Hakko FX-971 soldering station, operating at tip temperatures from 200 °C to 450 °C with a thermal recovery rated to maintain setpoint within ±2 °C under continuous load. Each tip integrates the heater and temperature sensor directly at the tip apex - reducing thermal mass and enabling contact angles and geometries suited to fine-pitch SMT components down to 0402 package sizes. Tip-to-ground resistance is maintained below 2 Ω in compliance with IEC 61340-5-1, ensuring safe ESD-protected operation throughout the EPA.
As a specialist distributor for professional soldering equipment, esd.equipment stocks all 13 current T37 tip variants - including chisel, bevel, conical, and knife profiles - sourced directly from Hakko and supplied with full manufacturer traceability. All tips conform to IPC J-STD-001 process requirements and are compatible with lead-free alloys (Sn96.5Ag3Cu0.5, melting point 217 °C) as well as traditional Sn60Pb40 solder.
