Hakko T16 Series - ESD (antistatic)
Hakko Soldering and Desoldering Tips
The Hakko T16 series comprises precision soldering tips engineered exclusively for the Hakko FX-100 induction-heating soldering station, operating at tip temperatures from 200 °C to 450 °C with a temperature stability of ±1 °C under load. The induction-heating principle eliminates a separate heating element inside the handle - the tip itself acts as the susceptor, delivering heat recovery in under 1.5 seconds after contact and maintaining consistent thermal transfer regardless of tip geometry. All T16 tips are manufactured to comply with IEC 61340-5-1 ESD-safe handling requirements, with an integrated grounding path through the FX-100 handpiece that keeps tip-to-ground resistance below 2 Ω.
As an authorized distributor of Hakko soldering technology, esd.equipment stocks 13 T16 series tip variants covering a complete range of geometries - conical, bevel, chisel, knife, and specialty profiles - for SMT rework, through-hole assembly, fine-pitch component work, and drag soldering. Each tip ships with full Hakko OEM documentation and is covered under DIN EN ISO 9001-compliant quality assurance.
