ESD ionizing blower with ion balance under ±10 V, RS-485 - Quick 443C

The Quick 443C is a portable benchtop ionizer with LED display that produces a balanced ion balance at the ESD workstation. A DC generator charges needles with positive and negative ions, while the fan delivers the ionized airflow to the object and reliably neutralizes the charge there. This protects electronic components from ESD and keeps electrostatically attracted dust particles away.

Applications

Neutralization of static charge at workstations for manufacturing and processing electronic components, and wherever static charge attracts dirt, misaligns small parts or causes plastic films to cling. Recommended distance 300 to 900 mm to the work area. Wall, shelf or bench mounting with M4 screws.
