Instruments
For traceable calibration of ESD instruments, Iteco offers resistance boxes and recalibration units with ISO 9000 certificate. The resistance decades with defined fixed resistors (10 Ω into the gigaohm range) serve as a reference for checking surface and personnel meters to DIN EN 61340-5-1.
esd.equipment supplies the Iteco calibration boxes (10 Ω-110 MΩ and 10 Ω-2 GΩ) and recalibration units for ESD test stations - each with an ISO 9000 calibration certificate for defensible, traceable test-equipment monitoring.
