Resistance decade box 10 Ω to 110 MΩ for the calibration of ESD testers - Iteco 9264980

Anyone running wrist strap and footwear testers to IEC 61340-5-1 has to verify their switching thresholds at regular intervals. The resistance decade box 9264.980 applies defined resistances from 10 Ω to 110 MΩ with a tolerance of ±1 % to the test input and shows whether a tester still decides correctly.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The decade box is built for calibrating the ESD test stations Wristlab-II, Test Station EVO and Wristlab PRO as well as other testers working to IEC 61340-5-1. Cables and measuring adapters are included. If the range is not sufficient because values in the gigaohm region are required, version 9264.981 covers up to 2 GΩ. Recalibration of the decade box itself is available as separate item 9264.982 with a traceable ISO9000 certificate.
