Resistance decade box 10 Ω to 2 GΩ for the calibration of ESD testers - Iteco 9264981

Test stations judge not only the lower but also the upper resistance limit of personnel grounding. Where that limit sits in the gigaohm region, a decade box ending at 110 MΩ can no longer reach it. Version 9264.981 goes up to 2 GΩ and thus covers the complete assessment range of current testers with a tolerance of ±1 %.

What the large version offers

• Upper limit of 2 GΩ instead of 110 MΩ, so the upper switching thresholds of personnel and footwear testing are reached
• Resolution of 100 Ω, matched to the extended span of the decade box
• Resistor tolerance of ±1 % across the whole range, which keeps the tester and not the reference the source of any deviation
• Rated 1 W up to 4 MΩ and 0.5 W from 10 MΩ to 40 MΩ, operating voltage up to 250 V AC
• Same compact housing as the smaller model with 147 x 117 x 55 mm and 320 g, so handling in the field is unchanged

If only the range up to 110 MΩ is needed, version 9264.980 is the more economical choice. Recalibration of this decade box is ordered as separate item 9264.982 with a traceable ISO9000 certificate.
