The EQ 1/TR transfers workpiece pallets between two parallel ST 1 conveyor lines at close belt distances of 60 mm or 135 mm. Its toothed-belt conveyor medium with mesh top is EPA-compatible for ESD-sensitive assemblies and rated for cleanroom class ISO 7 and dry-room conditions (<1 % relative humidity). Accumulation mode is not permitted. Energy efficiency class Rexroth 4EE.
