The Curve KE 1/O-180 provides 180-degree redirection of workpiece pallets WT 1/P in the VarioFlow plus round-belt conveyor system. The curve has no independent drive; it is powered via a downstream Belt section BS 1/T or a Return unit UM 1. A singulation device at the curve infeed must be used to prevent accumulation on the curve and the transfer belts. Reversing operation is not possible.

• ESD-suitable (EPA-compliant) - safe for electrostatically sensitive assemblies
• Cleanroom-rated to ISO Class 7 and suitable for dry rooms with RH < 1 %
• Track widths 80, 120, and 160 mm; belt distances a = 60 mm or a = 135 mm available
• Curve direction right (KR = R) or left (KR = L); installation location AO A/B/C/D for flexible mounting
• Fully assembled with all parts required for drive by BS 1/T or UM 1
• Optional drive kits AS 1 (3842537618) and BS 1 (3842537619) improve pallet transport at the start and end of the curve, recommended for WT 1 with b = 120 mm and external centre of gravity
