Description
The Drive Module AS 2/C-700 powers the flat-top chain of the TS 2plus transfer system and is designed for demanding assembly processes with accumulation loads up to 700 kg. The unit is supplied fully assembled with all fastening material for direct attachment to ST 2/... conveyor sections.
- Section load up to 700 kg in accumulation mode - handles heavy workpiece carriers at high cycle rates
- ESD-safe (KA = A): chain approved for use in Electrostatic Protected Areas (EPA)
- Track width 160-1200 mm across nine preferred values (160, 240, 320, 400, 480, 640, 800, 1040, 1200 mm); individual width variants available to order
- Dry-room compatible to below 1 %rF - suitable for low-humidity production environments
- Fully assembled, including all fastening material for ST 2/... sections - minimal installation effort
