Fume Extraction Alsident
Fume Extractions
Alsident System fume extraction arms deliver source-capture air velocities of 0.5-1.0 m/s at the hood inlet, capturing solder fumes, flux vapors, and fine particulates before they enter the breathing zone. The modular arm segments - available in 50, 75, and 100 mm duct diameters - allow positioning reach from 400 mm up to 1,600 mm, with 360-degree swivel joints maintaining set position without drift. Filtration stages combine pre-filters, activated-carbon layers, and HEPA H14 main filters (EN 1822) retaining particles >0.3 µm at ≥99.995 % efficiency, meeting the requirements of IEC 62841 and BOHS TR17/TR18 for electronics soldering workplaces.
As an authorized Alsident System distributor, esd.equipment stocks 219 items from the complete Alsident portfolio - including the SY-50, SY-75, and SY-100 arm series, fan units, replacement filter sets, and mounting accessories. All products comply with DIN EN 482 (workplace limit values), TRGS 900, and the EU Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, making them suitable for CE-marked production environments in electronics manufacturing, laboratory, and industrial assembly applications.
