ESD extraction arm DN100 1370 mm 3 joints table mounting - Alsident 100-6555-1-6

When a benchtop fume extractor is no longer enough for the volume produced, the Alsident DN 100 system is the next step up: 100 mm tube diameter and a recommended air volume of 140-400 m³/h. This ESD version reaches 1370 mm over three joints and is mounted on the table.

Applications

Intended for ESD workstations in electronics manufacturing with high solder fume loads, for bonding and potting benches, for laboratory and analysis positions, and for areas where explosion protection to ATEX is additionally required.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The arm belongs to the Alsident System 100 AS and accepts every DN100 hood and suction nozzle in the range. Supplied are the three-joint extraction arm for table mounting and the earthing cable with 1 MΩ safety resistor. A protective grille preventing foreign bodies from being drawn in is available as an accessory.

Tested for use in ESD areas to IEC 61340-5-1:2016 and for ESD and Ex areas to EN 80079-36:2016 and EN 80079-37:2016 under ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU with marking Ex II 1 GD.
