ESD extraction arm DN100 ceiling mount 1370 mm 3 joints black - Alsident 100-6555-3-6

For ceiling mounting above workplaces that release larger volumes of pollutants inside an ESD protected area. The extraction arm 100-6555-3-6 from the Alsident System 100 AS works with 100 mm tube diameter, three joints and 1370 mm reach at a recommended air volume of 140-400 m³/h.

Applications

Ceiling mounted local extraction in electronics manufacturing and repair cells, above soldering and bonding benches, in laboratories and in areas with aggressive media or explosive atmospheres.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Fits Alsident System 100 hoods, ducting and fans with 100 mm tube diameter. Supplied as one extraction arm with three joints, integrated throttle valve and earthing cable, without hood and without fan. A protective grille against ingress of foreign bodies is available as an accessory.

Tested for use in ESD areas to IEC 61340-5-1:2016 and for ESD and Ex areas to EN 80079-36:2016 and EN 80079-37:2016 under ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU with marking Ex II 1 GD.
