BOFA International fume extraction systems deliver filtration efficiencies of up to 99.997% at 0.3 µm using multi-stage HEPA and activated carbon filter combinations - capturing solder fumes, flux vapors, and fine particulate matter at source. Units such as the AD 350 and ProFume series operate at airflow rates from 40 to 350 m³/h with internal pre-filters, main HEPA H13/H14 filters, and chemical adsorption layers, achieving residual particle concentrations well below the EN 481 and IFA workplace threshold limits. Noise levels run as low as 46 dB(A) on single-operator benchtop units, with intelligent filter-life monitoring via differential pressure sensors providing real-time service alerts compliant with DIN EN ISO 16890.
