Combined filter HEPA and activated carbon 99.997 percent at 0.3 µm for AD 180 and AD 400 - Donaldson Bofa A1030050

Solder fume is two problems at once: fine particles from flux and solder plus gaseous organic compounds. The A1030050 combined filter handles both in a single element, using a pleated fibreglass medium for 99.997 percent removal at 0.3 µm and around 8.5 kg of impregnated activated carbon for the gas phase.

Applications

The filter serves solder fume extraction at hand soldering positions, in rework cells and on selective soldering machines, and equally in bonding, potting and cleaning work with a solvent content. Replace the combined filter as soon as the filter condition indicator of the unit responds or odour becomes noticeable at the workplace.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Suitable for the Bofa AD 180 and AD 400 extraction units. Supplied as one A1030050 combined filter. The upstream pre-filter is ordered separately and should be renewed at every second change.
