ESD silicone connection hose 6 x 8 mm, 25 m reel - Donaldson Bofa A1090020

Extraction tubes of 6 mm diameter, such as those in the Bofa tip kit, need a hose of matching cross section so that the airflow at the tip is maintained. The A1090020 is the ESD-safe silicone hose 6 x 8 mm from Donaldson Bofa, supplied on a 25 m reel.

Applications

Connecting soldering tip extraction tubes and micro extraction nozzles to central high-vacuum units, especially where the distance between bench and unit is greater. Also used as a replacement hose when the line ages or clogs with flux residue.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Suitable for the Bofa high-vacuum extraction units of the TVT 2, T1, T15, T30A, T60 and T100 series and for the 6 mm extraction tubes from kit A1090026. Delivery comprises one reel of silicone hose 6 x 8 mm, 25 m long.

The dissipative version supports operation at EPA workstations according to IEC 61340-5-1.
