Where fine fume aerosols dominate, a coarse dust mat is not enough as a first stage. This F7 class filter mat separates considerably finer than an M5 mat and noticeably relieves the downstream HEPA filter. It fits the ULT LRA 150 to 250 and the LAS 150, 220 and 250.

In processes with heavy fume the main filter saturates sooner than the maintenance plan allows. This F7 class prefilter mat already retains fine dust and so extends the service life of the H13 stage in the 150 to 250 series units.

Applications
Recommended for heavily used soldering benches, for selective and rework processes with strong fume and wherever the main filter has been saturating too early. Where the load is mostly coarse dust, the M5 mat 02.0.009 is the more economical choice.
