Expanded metal filter prefilter stage series 300 - ULT 02.0.477

Where soldering and bonding processes release oily or sticky aerosols, a fleece prefilter clogs after a short time. The ULT 02.0.477 expanded metal filter uses a stretched metal structure instead, on which coarse particles and droplets deposit before the air reaches the main filter stage.

Applications

Extraction of solder fume, adhesive vapours and spray mist at workplaces with a high aerosol load, for example soldering with flux rich alloys, dispensing and potting, and rework cells equipped with ULT 300 series units.
