Fume Extractions
ULT supplies stationary and mobile extraction units for solder fume, laser fume, fine dust and gases/vapours. The range spans from compact benchtop units in the LRA series (LRA 400 MD.17) through larger ASD and ACD units (250 m³/h at 2,000 Pa) to laser fume extractors in the LAS series (LAS 200 HD.12, 120 m³/h at 12,000 Pa). Extraction hoses in DN50, DN75, DN150 and DN200, replacement filters, filter mat sets M5/F7 and expanded metal filters complete the system accessories.
Control and monitoring components including SUB-D9 interfaces (ULT 03.1.020), digital filter unit controllers (ULT 03.1.021) and operating hour counters (ULT 03.1.015) allow integration into higher-level production control systems. Replacement frames (ULT 02.0.211, ULT 4-00260) and intake modules (ULT 0200.0-AM002/AM003) simplify filter changes during continuous operation.
