The set contains both prefilter mats, coarse M5 and fine F7, in 305 x 305 x 20 mm format for ULT extraction units of series 150, 220 and 250. It is supplied without a change frame and is meant as a refill for a frame already in use. Replacing both mats together keeps the graded prefiltration balanced and protects the combination filter cassette.

If only the coarse mat is renewed, the fine stage keeps running saturated and the main filter carries the load. The filter mat set 02.0.037 therefore supplies M5 and F7 together, sized for the change frames of series 150 to 250.

Applications
The set is the standard consumable for solder fume and adhesive vapour extraction on the mid range ULT series. In multi-shift production it pays to keep several sets in stock so maintenance never waits for a missing wear part.
