If only the coarse mat is renewed, the fine stage keeps running saturated and the main filter carries the load. The filter mat set 02.0.037 therefore supplies M5 and F7 together, sized for the change frames of series 150 to 250.

How the mats work

The mat combination retains cooled sticky aerosols and particles while they are still in the intake path. The depth-loading medium spreads the dust load through the volume of the mat instead of only across its surface, which has proven itself on solder fume. The downstream HEPA H13 filter of the H13A combination cassette then reaches a particle separation rate of 99.95%. Changing the prefilter stages at short intervals keeps the main filter working for a long time.

The set is the standard consumable for solder fume and adhesive vapour extraction on the mid range ULT series. In multi-shift production it pays to keep several sets in stock so maintenance never waits for a missing wear part.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Fits ACD 220 AS and ACD 250 FQ AS, LAS 150, 220 and 250 as well as LRA 150, 210, 220 and 250. The set is part of the combination filter cassettes 02.1.033 and 02.4.033. Delivered as M5 and F7 mats without a frame.
