JBC Soldering tips

JBC Soldering Technology

JBC soldering tips are engineered with a high-purity copper core and proprietary iron-plated coating, delivering thermal recovery times under 0.5 seconds and stable tip temperatures across a working range of 50-450 °C - verified to IEC 60335-2-45 and IPC J-STD-001. The cartridge-based design (C105, C115, C130, C210, C245, C250, C470, R245, R470, W140, W440) integrates heater and thermocouple directly in the tip, achieving temperature accuracy of ±2 °C and heat transfer efficiency up to 90 W depending on the cartridge series.

As an authorized distributor, esd.equipment offers over 410 JBC soldering tip references spanning Nano (C105/C115), Micro (C130), standard (C210/C245), high-power (C470), and specialty configurations including Pulsmatic and robotic (R245/R470) series - all compliant with IPC-7711/7721 rework standards and ESD-safe handling per IEC 61340-5-1.
