Soldering tips
The JBC C470 soldering tips for the T470 high-power iron cover 58 variants in large and medium-large geometries. Chisel tips range from 2x0.9 mm (C470013) up to 28x4 mm (C470022) and 15.5x2.5 mm (C470007). Round tips are available at D 1.7 mm (C470001) and D 15 mm (C470005, round/flat). Cylindrical tips include D 1.2 mm (C470028), D 3.65 mm (C470033) and D 5 mm (C470030). Angled tips in D 3.5 mm (C470008) and D 4.2 mm (C470011), together with a blade tip at 32.2 mm (C470023), round out the range. Special forms for cables and connectors (C470031, D 3.2 mm) are also available.

Typical applications: Soldering power components, ground planes and large SMD pads, cable and connector assembly (C470031, C470042), drag soldering on large lead pitches with C470023, coaxial and round-component connections with the concave C470020, and THT through-hole connections with wide bevel tips in automotive and industrial electronics.
