Concentric ring electrode with case set - A1-ESD ME40

The concentric ring electrode ME40 is supplied as a complete case set and adds standard-compliant measurement of surface resistance (Rp-p) and volume resistance (Rv) to any teraohmmeter, to DIN IEC 61340-4-1 and IEC 61340-2-3. The defined electrode geometry and standardised dead weight deliver reproducible, documentable readings for material qualification and audits.
