Teraohmmeter for surface and dissipation resistance

The TERA ohmmeter TOM 8600 from A1-ESD measures surface and dissipation resistance as well as relative humidity and temperature, working by the precise current-voltage method. With manually or automatically switching test voltage and a measuring time adjustable via the internal timer, it delivers reproducible, standard-compliant results for testing and documenting ESD protective measures.
