Hakko FM 204-11. Löt- und Entlötstation 120W, mit Vakuumpumpe

Entlöten ohne externe Druckluft.

Eine Tischstation, mit der Entlötaufgaben, ohne die Zufuhr von Druckluft bewältigt werden können. Eine Membranpumpe erzeugt einen Unterdruck von 80 kPa bei einer Saugleistung von 15 l/min. Die Entlötdüsen sind mit einer Heizleistung von 70 Watt ausgestattet.

Mit den Abmessungen 160 mm x 225 mm wird auf dem Arbeitsplatz nicht allzu viel Fläche belegt.

Die Besonderheiten dieser Entlötstation werden an den Entlötdüsen deutlich. Die aktiven Entlötdüsen zeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass Heizkörper, Sensor und die Entlötdüse eine thermische Einheit bilden. Dadurch sind große Vorteile zu erkennen, bei den Regeleigenschaften und für die Genauigkeit der Nachführung der Temperatur an der Düse.

Die Entlötstation FM-204 bietet die wichtige Möglichkeit zur Kalibrierung der Düsentemperatur. Auf diese Weise wird immer die reale Arbeitstemperatur angezeigt.

Der Temperaturbereich liegt zwischen 350°C bis 450°C. Zur Überwachung der Temperatur ist eine untere Warnschwelle wählbar.

Eine Besonderheit bietet der Schaltköcher, in den das Entlötwerkzeug abgelegt wird. Der Köcher übermittelt der Station ob ein Werkzeug abgelegt wurde und die Station reagiert darauf mit einer Pause ( Stand By ) wobei die Temperatur auf ca. 200°C abgesenkt wird. Das spart Energie und verlängert die Gebrauchsdauer der Entlötdüsen.
