This static mixer blends two-component material from the 2 x 25 cm³ double cartridge as it is dispensed, bubble-free and with no moving parts. 12 helical mixing elements of Ø 6.35 mm hold an even mix ratio all the way to the tip. As a disposable part it is simply swapped once the material has cured.
