Electric screwdrivers
Delvo electric screwdrivers are industrial DC screwdrivers for torque-accurate fastening in electronics assembly. The range extends from ESD-rated models in the DLV-7000 series (torque ranges from 0.02-0.20 Nm up to 1.96-4.41 Nm) to the more powerful DLV-30A and DLV-45A models (up to 4.5 Nm). Lever-start and push-start versions are available depending on process requirements; speeds range from 400 rpm to 2,500 rpm.
ESD versions (BKE suffix) are dissipative and suitable for use in EPA zones per DIN EN 61340-5-1. Accessories such as the screw screen (SGR-14, slot width 1.4 mm, 96x115 mm) and connecting cables (DLW-9072 for DLV7410) complete the range.

Typical applications: SMT board assembly and PCB population at low torques (0.02-0.5 Nm) in ESD-protected areas, mechanical final assembly of electronic devices (0.5-4.5 Nm), series production with defined torques in automotive electronics and medical technology, and repair and rework operations with ESD requirements.
