ESD ionisation bars neutralise electrostatic charge in hard-to-reach locations inside machines, conveyors and processing equipment by emitting ions uniformly along their entire length. The range includes AC ionisation bars from the ThunderION 2.0 series (650 mm and 750 mm), PERFORMAX 2.0 IQ EASY Speed and Standard (Meech), the SENSOR IQ EASY, DC bars 650QAC (Simco-Ion) in various lengths, and the A960IPS and A924IPS models. The SMC IZS31 series (300-2300 mm, 24 VDC) for automation integration adds a bar variant with digital communication.

Typical applications: Film coating and laminating lines with statically charged substrates, printing machines and paper processing lines, electronics manufacturing with machine-integrated ionisation at SMT lines, packaging machines and winding stations in plastics processing, and PCB and assembly test stands requiring non-contact charge neutralisation.
