ESD overshoes and dispensers protect ESD zones from contamination and particle ingress while simultaneously providing personnel grounding for visitors and staff without ESD-certified footwear. The range includes single-use overshoes in non-woven fabric for shoe sizes 35-44 and XL (45-50), reusable overshoes with anti-slip sole profile (Warmbier 8781.P.CR.L), and single-use overshoes with grounding contact strap in blue (100 pieces, 1 pair) for personnel grounding. Replacement contact straps (Warmbier 8781.P.40, black, 100 pieces) and a fully automatic overshoe dispenser (Hygomat Comfort) complete the range.
The choice between single-use and reusable depends on visitor frequency and cleanliness requirements. Single-use overshoes with contact strap are suitable for infrequent visitors and short zone stays. Reusable versions are cost-effective for regularly rotating staff. Whether a contact strap is required depends on the EPA specification: visitors and personnel without ESD footwear must be grounded via the contact strap. The automatic Hygomat Comfort dispenser suits areas with high pedestrian throughput as it standardises the wearing process at the press of a button and reduces contamination risk from hand contact.
