Soldering stations
The JBC Compact Line covers soldering stations and rework systems for professional use in electronics manufacturing and repair. The range extends from the Nano handpiece NT115-A with its miniaturised heating element to the 130 W CD-2BQF station with T245-A iron, up to the DMPSE-2QB 4-tool rework station with integrated MSE desoldering module. The RMSE-2QF repair station delivers 700 W and combines hot-air and desoldering functions in a single unit.
Automated solder wire feed is provided by the SF-210VB feeder system; high-temperature wire stripping is handled by the WSS-2B and WSB-2B. The HDE-2KE tweezer station and the HDE-2E heavy-duty station address specific connector geometries. All stations use JBC's quick-change cartridge technology for fast heat-up.
