Ionizers
ESD compressed-air ionizing devices combine the use of compressed air for blowing with simultaneous ionization to neutralise electrostatic charges precisely and immediately. The range includes ionizing guns from multiple manufacturers and designs: SCS 980E with 2.13 m hose (220 V), Simco TOP Gun III (2.1 m, foot switch option, 4.2 m special length), Simco COBRA (12 m cable), Simco ORION nozzle with gooseneck and foot switch or proximity switch, AirForce 6115, VIPER ION GUN, and ionizing cartridges such as the Z-Stat 6110. Warmbier SPN11-series ionizing nozzles are designed for machine installation with proximity sensor. Power supplies (DESCO 770753 230 VAC/24 VAC, UK and Europe) and the Eco Gun complete the range.

Typical applications: Targeted neutralisation of PCBs, sensor housings, and plastic parts before assembly, cleaning and discharging SMD components and component tapes, rework and repair workstations with hand-held blowing, machine installation in pick-and-place systems (SPN11, ORION), packaging lines before sealing, and laboratories with insulating material surfaces.
