Thermaltronics desoldering guns combine a high-vacuum pump (up to 700 mbar) with Curie-point heating technology, delivering tip temperatures stable to ±1 °C without a separate thermocouple - meeting the precision demands of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 rework processes. The TMT-9000S series reaches set temperature in under 10 seconds and operates across a working range of 50-480 °C, making through-hole component removal on multilayer PCBs repeatable and lead-free process-safe.
