ESD Boxes
ESD KLT containers conform to the VDA small load carrier standard, ensuring that electrostatic sensitive components are safely transported and stored within the standardised 600 x 400 mm and 400 x 300 mm grid dimensions. The Auer range covers R-KLT types (ESD R-KLT 3215, 4315, 4329, 6415, 6429) for base formats, RL-KLT types with runners (ESD RL-KLT 3147, 4147, 6147, 4280, 6280, 8210 g) for conveyor systems, and collapsible F-KLT variants (ESD F-KLT 6410) for empty container return logistics. Maxi-KLT formats (ESD KLT 12415, ESD RL-KLT 8210 g) cover the 1200 x 400 mm grid.
The conductive ESD plastic material maintains surface resistance durably in the dissipative range and prevents field build-up as containers pass through SMT production lines with automated transfer systems.
