Soldering stations
OKI soldering technology
OKI MFR-series soldering and rework stations use RF temperature control based on the Curie effect. Single-channel models (MFR-1110, MFR-1120) accept one handpiece each; 2-channel models (MFR-2210 to MFR-2241) allow simultaneous use of two handpieces, combining a soldering iron with a tweezer or deploying two identical tools. Each station is shipped with a matching handpiece as standard.
| Model | Channels | Handpiece(s) included |
|---|---|---|
| MFR-1110 | 1 | MFR-H1-SC2 iron |
| MFR-1120 | 1 | MFR-H2-ST2 iron |
| MFR-2210 | 2 | MFR-H1-SC2 |
| MFR-2211 | 2 | 2x MFR-H1-SC2 |
| MFR-2220 | 2 | MFR-H-ST2 |
| MFR-2222 | 2 | 2x MFR-H2-ST2 |
| MFR-2240 | 2 | MFR-H4-TW tweezer |
| MFR-2241 | 2 | MFR-H4-TW + MFR-H1-SC combination |
Typical applications: SMT hand-soldering and rework in electronics manufacturing with high thermal demands, rework on fine-pitch components and in BGA environments, precision soldering in medical and instrumentation applications, and R&D laboratory workstations configured with two handpieces for simultaneous soldering and tweezer work.
