ESD Floor Matting

ESD floor mats provide a conductive or dissipative surface at the workstation and, together with the grounding cord, connect the operator to protective earth in accordance with IEC 61340-5-1. The range includes two-layer rubber matting (DESCO Statfree DLR, 2.5 mm or 3.5 mm thick) available in roll form, and anti-fatigue mats with flat or hemisphere stud profiles for extended standing. Warmbier supplies the EcostatPR-2.0 PVC mat (2 mm, up to 2 x 1.5 m) and DESCO the Statfree G2 in conductive rubber (1.5 mm, up to 1.2 m x 12.2 m roll).

Anti-fatigue matting (DESCO AFM36720L1VGR, vinyl, grey) and interlocking puzzle mats (DESCO Statfree i, 12.7 mm) extend the core range for workstations requiring long standing periods. All mats are available with matching grounding cords (universal grounding cable ZUB, 300 cm) and 10 mm snap-stud grounding connectors (ZUB-DK).
