JBC soldering technology
The JBC consumables range covers all supplementary products for the day-to-day operation of JBC soldering and desoldering stations: tip-cleaning sponges and cleaning sand, water-based flux in small containers (FL-15, 15 ml; FL-50, 500 ml), heating elements as spare parts for legacy series (30S, 150S, PULSMATIC 55N, Classic series), desoldering iron cleaning tools (drill 965760, needles 965970, rod 786640), solder wire and wire braid (25 g), as well as filter discs and felt filters for extraction units.
Tip tinner TT-A and the metal brush CL6217 are used to service and restore oxidised or contaminated tips. Heating elements 552851 and 553842 are spare parts for JBC Classic soldering guns (55 N and 60 W versions); DSV-DR is the replacement heater for the DR560-A desoldering iron.
For regular tip maintenance, cleaning sponge and cleaning sand (CL6211) are used; for heavy oxidation, tip tinner TT-A is applied. Heating elements are selected by station type: 302885 for 30S, 182830 for 150S, 552851/553842 for Classic soldering guns, and DSV-DR for the DR560-A desoldering iron. Cleaning tools (drill 965760, needles 965970) keep the suction channel of desoldering irons open and prevent blockage from carbonised flux. Filter discs 781046 and 5966 should be replaced when the extraction unit shows visible contamination.
Typical applications: Regular servicing of JBC soldering stations in series production, cleaning of desoldering irons in rework areas, maintenance and reactivation of soldering tips under continuous use, and spare parts stocking for legacy JBC Classic equipment and desoldering systems.
